Scholarship Program
The average annual cost (expenses) of a child's(7yr-12yr/1st – 8th Grade) Elementary education in Belize $200 (USD). This money enables the child to pay for school expenses such as books, uniforms, shoes, registration fees, report card fees, test fees, paper, pencils and other school supplies.
And High School (13yr – 16yr/9th -12th Grade) education annual cost in Belize is $ 400 (USD).
Most parents can hardly afford to feed their families. These same families find it very hard or impossible to pay for school tuition and supplies. 100% of the money you give goes to pay for these school expenses. This program is for the sole support of the child you sponsor for the school year. It is the desire of the Disciples Ministry to bless each child and his or her family through this educational program in the name of Jesus.
Our goal is to make available the funds required to enroll every child within our ministry in public school.
Through donations of money and supplies, Disciples Ministries has provided opportunities for children in the Cayo district to go to school. It takes $200-$400 a year--less than $17 a month--to provide a child with tuition and necessities for elementary or high school.
